At Hirmz, we are committed to providing exceptional products and service to our valued customers. However, due to the high shipping costs associated with our operations, we have implemented a No Exchange and Refund Policy, unless the received product is proven to be faulty. Returns & Refund Policy
Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the received product is proven to be faulty. You are not entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Finding the item(s) cheaper elsewhere
- Ordering the wrong item or size
- Disliking the purchase
- Using an incorrect payment method or discount code
- Final Sale items
Return Procedure
Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage for us to process a replacement or refund.
Product Picture Verification: To ensure accuracy, please provide your order number and photographic evidence if there is a discrepancy between the received product and the product pictured on our website.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses, except in cases where the product is proven to be faulty.
Return Authorization: Before returning any product, customers must obtain authorization from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or replacement within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Artistic items made to order
- Personalized items
- Items not returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items returned without original packaging or in a damaged/worn condition
- Shipping charges (unless due to a shipping error)

Packaging Requirements: All items must be returned with the original packaging intact and in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for refund or store credit.
Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Change of mind requests
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Failure to provide return tracking information
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
