Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@hirmz.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
